Your Personal Guide to THRIVE

Yay! You're officially part of the

For the Love of Food Family!

Here's What to do Next:

1) Invite your friends, family, or loved ones to join you!

Taking a course together is always more fun! You can compare experiences, keep each other motivated, and bond over something that's important to both of you! If you feel like this program would be a good fit for someone you know, share it with them on Facebook by clicking the button below!

Or give them this link: https://www.drlizcarter.com/landing/for-the-love-of-food/

2) Check your email to find your official welcome into the course!

It's got all the details you need to get prepped and ready to make the most of your For the Love of Food experience.

Since you'll be getting a few emails from me while you're going through the course, let's talk about how to make it easy to keep track of them all!

If you have gmail, my emails will probably show up in your "promotions" tab. Drag me over into your inbox. And if you add me to your contacts list, my emails will definitely show up directly in your inbox! Yay!

If you don't see my email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam and other folders.

This way you'll never miss out and know exactly where everything is!

3) Join the private, members-only, For the Love of Food Facebook community

Get to know the other folks participating and connect with others who share the same interests and goals.

COMMUNITY is super important to creating a supportive, healthy space around food. You need people to talk to, share your experiences, and learn and grow from them!

You're not alone in wanting a better relationship with food and yourself! Enjoy the safe and fun space YOU get to create!

4) Start clearing just a little time in your schedule to make room for the course.

Planning ahead a little will help you stay focused and on top of making your way through the lessons and learning to love your food and yourself again!

Brainstorm where you can carve out a few minutes and really dedicate them to yourself with no distractions.

I know you're really busy, but I also know that you're excited to improve yourself and your life because you signed up for this course. So give yourself the best shot possible and commit to 20 minutes a day of self-enrichment time. I promise it will be worth your while.

I love teaching and helping people make positive changes in their lives — big or small. We’ve all got to start somewhere, and sometimes it’s that one tiny change we make that helps us tip the scales on our favor. Then we’re suddenly on a roll toward our goals and desires and there’s no stopping us!

I'm looking forward to supporting you in your journey of self-understanding and improvement in your relationship with food 🙂

Now check your email...

I sent you something awesome!
